January 29 – Through the Window

Standard

Go to the nearest window. Look out for a full minute. Write about what you saw.

I’m not gonna do this, for two reasons. One, it’s raining outside, and b), it’s nighttime.

So, in order to compensate for the lack of content of this post, I’ll describe another view I have from another window.

The sound of a running river could, and most likely would, help your brain generate alpha waves to send you to sleep or meditative state. Cloudless nights were not a rare event, and due to the rural setting, that geographical location was an untapped resource when it came to the creation of a romantic mood. Moonlight bathed every single tree there, being blocked only by some really tall trees that, would hurt your neck if you looked at them for too long.
Houses with walls of white and roofs of orange were all that was visible from there, save for a few exceptions.

See? There.
